Betjam is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international license. All services provided on this platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions were drafted in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Betjam. Your age will be verified at the time of registration, and identity documents may be requested if needed.

Only one Betjam account is permitted per person, household, address, or device. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of deposited funds.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings.

• Correct date of birth

Deposits on Betjam can be made via mobile banking or approved e-wallets. The minimum deposit is BDT 300 and the maximum is BDT 500,000 per day.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This is a one-time process — once verified, you will not need to do it again.

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 2,00,000
• Processing time: 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawals are only permitted via your registered payment method

To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

All bonuses and promotional offers on Betjam are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are agreeing to the terms applicable to that bonus.

Each bonus carries a wagering multiplier — for example, 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount. Failure to meet the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

• Welcome bonus wagering: 30x
• Reload bonus wagering: 25x
• Cashback bonus wagering: 1x
• Free spin winnings wagering: 40x

Every bonus has a set expiry period. Once expired, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically cancelled.

Betjam maintains strict monitoring measures to prevent bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
• Using bonus arbitrage or hedging strategies
• Altering betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms

Once a bet is confirmed on Betjam, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review everything carefully before placing your bet.

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match is postponed and does not resume within the specified timeframe, the bet will be considered void.

Once a bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the original odds even if the odds change afterwards. Betjam reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

The maximum win limit per bet varies by game and category. Please refer to the relevant category page for full details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betjam. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating an account using someone else's identity
• Attempting to hack or launch a cyberattack on the platform
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Harassing or threatening other members
• Money laundering or illegal transactions
• Use of bots or automated software
• Attempting match-fixing or gaining unfair advantage

Betjam reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Unusual betting patterns
• If a security risk is detected

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw all real-money balances before closing your account.

Betjam firmly believes that gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to ensuring every member can enjoy gaming in a healthy and responsible way.
